...That's really strange. Where I'm from, we have horses or ostriches, not ostrichorses. [It still sounds like a spliced made up animal, but three people have said it now in all seriousness.]

It's not a combined animal though! A horse and ostrich are just parts of an ostrichorse, if you separate them it's just... a group of appendages.
