Freedom tastes good. Currently, the rest of my family is at The Ranch in a horse clinic: one I already went to last spring, and one I didn't need to relive. It also conflicted with
i_got_one's party. Because of all these factors, I stayed home. Tonight I am going to go to the party and the evening is going to culminate with a sleepover at
mikokit's house. Last night I watched about three movies and got a last minute call to go babysit.
Ms. Bixler: I know this is a long shot, but Tim and I would really like to go out to dinner, and we were wondering if you could babysit the kids for two hours.
Me: Right now?
Ms. Bixler: Yes.
Me: Yeah, sure I can do that. I'll leave right away.
Then we watched Robin Hood while addressing mail (her mother makes jewelry and was having some sort of showcase). Then I came back home and watched another movie. And I was able to sleep in this morning without my sister running into my room and jumping on top of my bed. Today, I think I'm going to go on a bike ride. Or a scooter-ing ride. It doesn't really matter what time I leave. I can clean the house when I get back; I can clean the house whenever I want to. Yes, freedom tases good.
