reading pratchett from the beginning, up to Pyramids again...
read a couple of e books: the travels of John Mandeville, what a medacious son of a mother he was! but great fun reading all the fantastics places and beings that he claimed to have met....and read the second book of the Wizard of Oz Series, called the Marvelous something of Oz, great fun. Glad I found all 12 or so books on Project Guttenburg....
Doreen Tovey's Raining Cats and Donkeys...more of her life in Sommerset with cats and a donkey ....very funny but always stressful first time read, because you never know when a cat is going to die...but comic happenings and no one died in this book...
Lhevinne: basic principles in pianoforte playing...a thin manual on how to get the best tone and character at the piano...very interesting, but no practical exercises....
