Greetings From POrtland

Well I'm in portland now. I've been here since sunday afternoon. My dad and I left on friday and drove until 3 am, where we then slept in a roadside park for a while, and then continued on driving. Saturday night we slept in a really nice hotel in Wallace, Idaho. And then drove the rest of the way sunday.

I'm kind of feeling surreal to whole situation of me moving to Portland right now. It doesn't really feel real. I don't feel like I'm 2000 miles from home and just about all of the people I know. Maybe it's because when I was home I wasn't ever really in contact with anyone. In any case, hopefully this move is a good learning experience for me. I want to learn about myself and I think this will be a good way to do so. I don't have the slightest idea how long I'm going to stay here. It all depends on if I can go to school or not and how my job goes. I can't imagine working at Kohls to be too terrible so we'll see. I'm actually hoping to find something else on the side as well.

ANyway I'm really just writing to say I'm here and I'm staying here for a while.. If anyone cares to keep in touch let me know, and I'lll tell you how that is possible. If not, well whatever. haha
