I've had at least one cat during each year of my life; we currently have two. I know if, when they were kittens, we had trained them they could probably do pretty awesome tricks. My mom is a cat fanatic; we have cat memorabilia strewn around our house at every turn and in every nook and cranny. I don't hate cats or not understand them, nor am I talking out of my ass. I just don't like cats that much. I treat my cats well, cleaning out their catboxs, cleaning up their hairballs when they spit them up and I feed them every night and morning.
That myspace comment on Chris' page was a joke. It's a freaking comic. I know cats don't really kill babies, at least not on purpose and I know that they can do tricks if properly trained. But they're claws do hurt. Hello flesh and blood. And they are floppy, at least all the cats that I've come across, which trust me, is quite a few. My cousin currnetly has her least amount of cats, a whole 4 and my Grandma used to have a farm that housed at least two litters of kittens every summer.
Might I reiterate? It was a comic meant as a joke. Sheesh

But I definitely agree with you on the whole abandoning cats. Pssh, I'm against abandoning any animal. That's what vets and the Humane Society are for
