Yeah, I'm posting again tonight...
I'm sitting here in a tank top, and instead of putting on more clothes when it inevitably got cold in my room, I kicked up the heater to almost 80 to compensate. It's lovely and warm in here now. Ah, autumn in Texas.
As cute as I could have looked in the reprisal of my kitty costume, I didn't go out tonight because I am a loser and didn't feel like going out to fight the crowds and traffic, not to mention subjecting my poor car to all that. Instead, I stayed home to watch TV and fool around on my computer. Hugh Laurie wins at everything, even pwning crappy sketches. His protest song was comedy GOLD. I remembered tonight why I quit trying to watch SNL, though; most of it is such distasteful, unfunny garbage these days. I can't help but think that Matt Albie would not approve. XD
I finally got a chance to see Jensen's appearance on Megan Mullally's show that I taped the other morning, too, and man, she's kind of more annoying than I remembered. He was darling and gorgeous as always, of course. Had we heard the story about him doing that modeling shoot at SMU before? Because of all the things he could have talked about, I totally wasn't expecting that, and I'm not ashamed to admit that I squealed and clapped my hands like a three-year-old when he mentioned my school by name. :D :D :D (I'm so far gone, you guys. This is crazy.) I also loved the bit when Megan asked him about fighting ghosts, so Jensen very matter-of-factly started telling her all about the usefulness of rock salt and guns, and then he stopped and was like, "...what am I even TALKING about?" Because I TOTALLY never do that or anything. :D
I need more water. Time to restart, too, since Firefox's memory usage is through the roof and my speaker output's gone a bit crackly, presumably from the lack of memory resources. Later!
