HAHA I GOT MY WHOLE FAMILY ADDICTED TO HOUSE. AND WE ARE ONLY FOUR EPISODES IN HOMG. :D!
(Seriously, if you're not already hooked, WATCH IT. Think modern-day Sherlock Holmes as a pill-popping, crazy-but-brilliant misanthropic doctor who takes bets with patients' lives and describes himself as "the most curious man in the world." Oh, and it's hi-larious. WATCH IT WATCH IT WATCH IT. I hope they have the good sense to rush season 2 onto DVD before the new season starts.)
OH AND THE MAVS ARE ONE POINT UP IN OVERTIME, OMGWTF WHY AM I SO NERVOUS OVER BASKETBALL?? This is so incredibly nerve-wracking, I can hardly even watch it, hence the reason I am choosing this moment to ramble over House. ANYWAY GOTTA GO, SORRY FOR ALL THE CAPS AND ABUSED PUNCTUATION.
ETA (11:41 pm): Mavericks lost 101-100, putting us with two wins and Miami with three. WHYYYY. Oh well, we'll get 'em next time, right? With game six being back in Dallas and us being the underdogs now and all. (That was a terribly constructed sentence. I'm getting sloppy.)
Anyway, am now going to watch my dad futz with the cables behind the TV and then investigate the special features on the House disc before I send it back to Netflix tomorrow. (DVDs shouldn't lie to me, dammit. What good is it if you just tell me what features are on the last disc when I don't bloody have it?) And then possibly watch some more TV and/or fool around on the 'net. Later!
ETA the second (11:45 pm): Before I forget AGAIN, a very happy Fathers' Day to all of the fathers on my flist! (Er... are there any? Well, I'll just say to fathers everywhere and be done with it. XD)
