Good morning my lovelies.

I have decided, in the spirit of cleaning out my cyber-head-space and turning over a virtual-leaf that I am not going to soley friendsonly all my posts any longer. Yes there still shall be some privateness, but in all honesty, its not al that interesting. And unless the much-loved*cough* Anon comes back, it shall stay that way.

That said, my week has been fairly quiet.

Tuesday afternoon, after the weatherreport had promised storms for four days without results, we finally got our storm. I was lying on my bed looking out hte window, enjoying the storm as it started. I'd opene all the windows because it had been SO hot and sticky, and the air was so cool and lovely. I was admiring the birds flying int he storm, when I suddenly realised they weren't birds, they were a giant tree branch and a piece of molded plastic. THat freaked me out a little bit and then the bathroom door slammed cebcause of the force of the wind which made me jump. Brendan had left about 15 minutes before it started to walk up and get a haircut, so I was hoping he made it.

I love the force of the storms. Makes me feel kind of crazy and wild. I have a really dodgy video i took with my digital camera. It looks even worse because the rain was coming in on the deck horizontally and so had to try and cover the lens with my hand, which works *cough*. You can hear the force of the rain/hail, and the thunder and yeah.

Anyaways. THe other crazy surreal thinga bout this storm (Which was insane, but only last 10 or so minutes) was a giant husky dog who I saw walking down the street. So I grab my keys and run down to find it, and its gone. This massive big all white husky like dog. I called it a Storm Dog, and Brendan said I was being silly.

The other crazy thing about it was the dead silence for a few minutes after it, before the car/train/people noise started up again. And the sun came out, shining aganist these really dark clouds

Wednesday night Brendan and I went  to the Exhibition/Graduation of the Photography students at Queensland College of Art

.

One of Brendan's friends, Jen, is graduating this year. There wer some really beautiful/startling/stark photos on display. Jen's were for photojournalism (I think from memory) and were gorgeous ones of her parents cane farm near Innisvale.

After that, we went to dinner on Southbank and had pizza and then Icecream. a lovely night

The third exciting thing, was that my dear ickle sister has graduated High School. Makes me feel old! Went to her graduation yesterday morning, and it was really strange feeling actually. She's off to schoolies today. *wipes tear away* they grow up so fast!

21st party next weekend :D So excited! And Cirque du Soleil on Thursday night. THis week is going to be epicly excellent.

Love to you alll!!!
