Really small onigiri!
I've alluded in my previous post on working on something new to put into the mini glass jars - well, here they are!
Miniature onigiri! Tiny rice balls! Very happy they turned out well, and not as wonky as I first feared!
And thank goodness they fit into the glass jars! I've made six, and I'm a bit leery of making any more, since my stock of glass jars is running a bit low. I will have to take stock again, and figure out how many other things I can make, and if I have enough to do so! Pretty happy with how they turned out!
