A few completed phone charms
I've made a few phone charms on request, and since they're done I'm giving it to the requester, so I'm just going to show what they are for record, since there's only one of them out in the world at the moment that was made by me ^_^ The first one is a pink pig, I've decorated it with some pink gems and a flower, only on one side of the pig and leaving the other side bare, to give it an artistic lopsidedness. This was for my youngest sister, who - I don't know why - adores pigs, given that she likes bacon, I wonder why she likes them:
The second one I've made is a mouse for my aunty, who is born in the year of the mouse, and pretty much like most asians her age, likes things and accessories that has to do with the year she was born. Anyway, I didn't want to make a standard grey, brown or white mouse, so I made a white one with patches, and gave it pink heart shaped gems for the insides of its ears. It's quite cute, and tiny! Barely bigger than the top segment of my pinky finger.

Good news though, my friend and I have pretty much sorted out what our registration will be like, and on Wednesday I'll print out an updated version, sign and fill in whatever is needed by hand, and send it off to Wai-con ^_^ we also got to sort out a bit about our displays, business cards, signage, and the promos, she likes the ideas of the promos but we decided to only have one a day plus the draw prize thing. But there is still alot we need to sort out so we'll be getting together sometime soon to hash everything out.
With all this happening, along with making everything, I've also been busy with work, and applications to university. I've decided to try apply to come courses that would allow me to teach school psychology at the end of it, or give me an opportunity to be a school psychologist. I'm not sure which one like more than the other, but that's jumping ahead of the gun - I need to be accepted first. The deadline for application for school psychology is this Wednesday, so I'm scrambling a bit to get that sorted by tomorrow to send it off. At least the other courses are a bit later this month. *sigh*
I'm also battling a persistent cough, I've had it for over a month now and it just won't quit! I went to see the doctors last week and the prescribed me some sort of penicillin, and didn't exactly tell me what I have, an infection most likely. Guh, at least I should get better soon, but my craving for ramen at least helps the cough a bit, cold weather seems to make it worse, but if I eat hot things or stay warm, it gets better. I have no idea why I have such a sudden and weird craving for ramen, but I hope it wears off once I eat proper ramen.
