Today a customer yelled at me and told me I had terrible customer service skills because I didn't dig 4 cents out of my own pocket so he wouldn't have to break a $50 bill.
Excuse me? I'm not sure that that necessarily means I have bad customer service skills, but I'm positive that asking someone you don't know for money so you don't have to break your precious $50 bill makes you a selfish douchebag.
