Marriage!
Corey and I got married over 3 weeks ago! So I haven't posted in a while. :)
It was really nice, so many people turned up to see our vows at City Hall, I really wasn't expecting sucha huge crowd, but what can you do. Afterwards we went behind city hall to where the river is and took pictures, which are all up on corey's facebook. Then we went to Cameo's for dinner, it was really nice all in all. We plan on having a bigger party over the summer. Kinda a wedding/baby party with all of our family and friends. Probably gunna rent a shelter at Vet's park or something in july/august. I remake of the big wedding we wanted but couldn't really have.
As of right now I'm still trying to take care of all the name changing things I have to do. We took care of the bank, updated my driver's license yesterday. Fixed my car insurance information today. Printed out the application for a new social security card. And I'm not even gunna touch my medicaid until they call me back >.< There should be one master form for name changing when you get married. Haha, I still need to fix my best buy credit card :S and I have to call my realtor up to see what I should do about my mortgage. There's probably something I'm forgetting too....
Anyways, went to the dmv yesterday to switch vehicles as well. My Uncle passed away in January and since his brother didn't want his car my mom is giving it to us. The only catch is, we can't afford two vehicles at the moment. So I'm giving up my car, a 2 door pontiac grand am, for the Jeep, which is technically "Corey's" once he gets his license (May 8th). But my mom is taking my car until I go back to work, which means It's still in the family and everything and I don't have to pay for it. :)
Besides all of that! I'm on maternity leave now (still not enough time for FFXI tho ;.;) Trying to get all this crazy shit done so I don't have anything to worry about except my baby in a month. This friday Kenny carpets is coming to install a nice carpet in the baby's room. and then the saturday after that is my baby shower! I tried to get all the invites out, and I didn't want to exclude anyone, so everyone is welcome to come. It's at my parents house, Sat, April 25th at 2pm. And I'm registered at Babies R Us if you want to check it out. (Corey says I'm not allowed to look at my registry, that I'll ruin the surprise) I wish I had scanned in the shower invites because they're really cute, I'll probably do it later and post in on facebook.
