Back from Dragon*Con. Mostly still braindead (partially because I have some kind of con crud going on. I am coughing again and I DO NOT LIKE IT, ONE BIT). Met some new people! Hi, new people! I promise I'm usually a little more coherent than this. In general, had a TON of fun, and I will elaborate later.

*snugs* I totally understand! Poke me if you have any questions and I'll pass 'em along to the mods. Would love to have you, but I understand if it doesn't work out. :)

My main concern is time, of course. It depends how heavily trafficked the comm is going to be and if there's posting requirements, because I sure as hell am not gonna be able to manage the latter once the election season really kicks into a higher gear.

The mods want the comm to stay fairly small! So far there's only like three of us. And I'll ask one_more_cherry just to be sure, but I'm pretty sure there are no posting requirements besides "when you can".

Game Co-GM popping in to answer questions... one_more_cherry September 11 2009, 10:39:22 UTC
We're definitely trying to keep things small, Allie is right :).

Threading and plotting are definitely done on a tag-and-ep at your own page leisure, with no requirements for EPs; it's also perfectly acceptable to start an EP and call for slowtimes, or to tag others with slowtime in effect, as long as you let the people you're threading with know you want slows, in either an OOC note in the post or via email, pm or instant message, whatever your preferred method of OOC communication.

We're also perfectly fine with threads taking awhile to complete; in fact, I finished an interaction that's been building for over a month now last week.

It's going to generally be a laid-back gaming atmosphere, at least that's what we're shooting for :) . Let me know if you have any more questions :)
