Hello! Happy Christmas Eve! I have lots of Cupcake wine and Cary Grant movies to get me through the day. I hope you are all having a lovely holiday, or a lovely day, or just an all around lovely December. :)
It's nice having a few days off, that is for sure. Tomorrow is double feature at the movies, Les Mis and Django Unchained. Hoping both do not disappoint!
I have had two servings of the Hobbit. First IMAX 3D then a regular 2D - although in a small theater on a not so great screen, unfortunately. What a night and day difference between the two. You know what I wasn't expecting though? Not just to love it as much as I did, but how much it brought me back to that LOTR world that I was so in love with. The music cues, the visuals, all of it just made me smile in my heart. I totally loved the Hobbit. I know the biggest criticism is that it's too long, but I feel like it's long in the way that a road trip is long. It might be lengthy, but worth the adventure. I didn't want it to end. I'm basically like this with all things Hobbit at the moment --->
I do want to see it on a proper 48fps screen before it's gone.
Lots of good movies still to come in the next month. :)
MERRY CHRISTMAS, LOVELIES!! xoxo
