Rod has his surgery yesterday, I think it went well, although we didn't see the dr afterwards. His time in the recovery room was very short, which is always a good sign. he was really alert and talked some afterwards. He'll be in at least until Monday. The physio person on Thursday said he was doing really well when they made him walk. I don't know

It is such a relief to know he's gone through the surgery well. He's knocking down these hurtles pretty fast - which is an amazing sign. Take care of yourself too.
