This is my favorite Pablo Neruda poem, and the poem that got me into Pablo Neruda in the first place. It's about love, of course, the way only Neruda can write of love.

His poems are so beautiful because they're so honest. He's one of the reasons I want to learn Spanish.

And here's another one of my favorite poems. I actually read this one for Ms. Pasi's class. This is by my favorite author, Neil Gaiman:

And the last one, haha. I fell in love with this after reading it aloud, again for Ms. Pasi's class.

Back then I wasn't really interested in poetry. I think I owe it to Ms. Pasilaban that I can feel the hairs on my neck stand up when I encounter beautiful poetry.

Armin actually said he'll bring Trees by Joyce Kilmer. Imagine the horror of Ma'am Den when she finds out. Haha!

I like the one by Elizabeth Browning.

I think I should bring a poem I actually truly understand. I might blab about a completely different thing.
