i worked hard on this for about two weeks. i dont know if its finnished yet. you tell me what you think, and i'll perfect it. i wonder how many people will actually respond to this entry. and how many people will just pass on by.

she is the "perfect drug" . you can see a lot of symbolism in this work. in the background, at first, before she is there, the fence is stable, and as she starts to appear, the fence breaks. when she isn't there, the fence is fine, but then starts to break again.
sort of like saying you can't live with it, you can't live without it. the weather changes rapidly, also. where the fence is fine, it rains, showing that the relationship is suffering, but there are still elements of hope (the fence shows elements of hope, but the weather shows suffering)
where the fence is breaking down, the weather becomes clearer. no rain. that means that the relationship is getting better, but neither person appreciates it anymore and is just in it cause they think that the other person is still like, hopeful for something more.
the reflective puddles above the milestones, are indeed, reflecting the fact that both people in the relationship are affected deeply by whatever is going on and the feeling is mutual.
"she" has only one wing, and the wing is on the guy's side. also, you can see that the girl is torn apart, literally, but the guy is just laying in a puddle of his own blood. this represents the fact that he is stronger than her, and can still get up . the ravens around him contradict that because i like to think of the raven as a symbol of pain and suffering, so the ravens represent how much he was hurt, emotionally, by the relationship.
the girl has no wing to be covered by and is completely torn apart, whether torn apart emotionally or physically, it doesn't really matter to me .
i also made it so that there is sort of a hidden meaning.
both the girl and boy are stretching out one arm, reaching for eachother. that means that no matter how many times they have messed up together, they still have strong feelings for eachother and are willing to go through all the shit they go through just so long as they will stay together.
now, did i really have to explain all that? i mean, would anyone have ever thought that, this is what the picture symbolized?
