Long contracts
One would think this post is about SME, but it's not.
It's about me, and how I would love to work my ass of for any company that would trust me enough to sign me up for 13 years.
That would be 13 years of knowing I don't have to worry about having enough money. I would know that I'm getting paid for my work. My expenses would be paid. The company would want me to develop my skills.
It would be such a huge relief after years and years of freelancing and studying, considering I have next to nothing to show for all those years. Sure, I have skills and knowledge, but they don't count at all when every potential employer only looks at how much experience you have.
It would only be 13 years. I have been to school for longer than that.
I hope I get to live a lot longer than 13 years.
