In lieu of a bachelorette party, Chloe elects to have a quiet night in. A quiet night in while in a beautiful hotel on the beautiful island of St. John, but a mellow evening, nonetheless. Lois and Tess are out buying "supplies," which would scare Chloe if she hadn't been expecting it, so it's just her and Mia for the time-being.
Chloe doesn't know the young woman well, but the two of them did spend a little time together in Star City. She knows how important Mia is to Oliver and, truthfully, she has a bit of a soft spot for her as well. So, here they are. Chloe is standing by the glass door to the patio and Mia is plopped down on one of the beds.
