Energy exchange
This is a mystery. There are people in this world that can, I guess they are connecting their inner spirits, I'm not sure what really is happening. A person that I can do this with, feels familiar when I first meet them or first read their words, and I can send to them, and I feel a response coming back. As long and this exchange continues, both parties experience a great increase in mental energy, and if the person is like me, meaning tending to be a tad hyper anyway, this extra energy can make it hard to sit still. And proximity has no impact it seems. Even if the other person lives on the other side of the world from me, like in Britain for instance, it makes no difference. Some have told me that this connections enabled them to become very extraverted. In fact I offered to be connected with an online friend once when she was going to be spending time with an in-law that made her nervous. She reported that the in-law actually treated her differently. Others have reported suddenly having the energy to clean the whole house. It's odd, and beautiful.
