I have a friend with a van (she calls it a bus, so y'all can probably tell it's a VDUB), and I find it really charming that when she and her girlfriend go out and party they retire to the van and sleep in the parking lot instead of driving home. It's little things like that keep me contented that maybe, just maybe, the whole world isn't fucked.
