Small businesses in Tempe are under attack! Local politicians conspire with developers to build a new, "better" Tempe, landlords sell their long-owned property as the real estate value skyrockets making way for yet another Yuppie housing project, and another small business is closing up shop for good, making way for progress. Figures you would. I wondered why you hadn't picked up your special ordered copies of Housewives at Play, Rear Entry, and Here Cum the Lovejoys, and you wouldn't return calls from the store. Oh yeah, I also have the Pee Soup interective Sexx Play DVD on hold for you. Or was it J who ordered it?

Hey, if you see the mistake made by your friends, you shouldn't do it too.

In fact, Moving to Portland is actually really terrible. Cuase it's not just You leaving, its you leaving, and making people miss you. and then those people move to portland too. and then people miss them!

If Portland didnt exist, the valley would be a lot cooler. that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Thanks for the info, KB. I hope they bail out on all the condos, and it seems they may. There was a story on the evening news the other night about how home construction is down 30% this year, so hopefully this city's population will finally level off after years of insane annual growth.
