god damn. that really sucks. i thought it said "mos def" at first and i thought, hey, now he's dead. today at work someone bought a plant and all i could think to say was not to get attached because it'll just die. that's not very good customer service. if you're ever in a similar situation, it'd be good to think of something different to say.
