That took rather longer than I had expected.

I see I will have a great deal of catching up to do.

You seem so surprised.

Why? After all, you should know that persisting is something I do quite well.

Oh shut up! Your goal was trashed, after all!

All your talk about 'vacationing' here? You just don't have anywhere else to go.

"Trashed". That's how you really think of it--

Yes. I suppose after Zarathustra's destruction, you would assume as much. Very well--that goal was ultimately frustrated. I will grant you that.

This is certainly one of the more pleasant of many options. And it has a good beach to watch the sun rise from.

The Durandal? ...I had thought the color seemed familiar.

[Which innocence totally belies the fact there is a WILHELM right next to the Durandal. Riiiight next to it. Making the "I'm not touching it~" motion with one hand almost on the hull.]

Son of a--!

You're about to find out if you don't cut that out! Go bug someone else!

Includes...?

Now, now. How much harm do you think I could really cause a ship by myself?

watchmakergod June 8 2007, 13:20:25 UTC
Or are you afraid of fingerprints on the hull?

It's the principle of the matter! Touch it and you're losing your arm a second time!

I see. An instinct for territorial defense--not unusual.

Given how much energy you must expend to keep the position you've seized, I'm hardly surprised that even this would comprise a threat.
