Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda

I would've posted yesterday. But, I didn't.
I should've done my homework yesterday. But, I didn't.
I could've pretended to be sicker than I was yesterday. But, I didn't.

Before I forget I would like to offer up my greatest Congratulations to Jaime for becoming a semi-finalist with a poem of hers.
Click here to go check it out. Search by her name.

Yeah. I had my entry all ready, but when I went to the library all the computer were taken. But that's okay because I wasn't all that happy about what I was saying. It wasn't written the way I wanted it to be. So I hope today's will suffice. If not, hey sounds like a personal problem.

Today the counselors came into my class and yapped about what we should do to take certain class. Same old, same old. Here's some of the classes I'm thinking about taking.
  • AP English 11
  • Spanish IV (That's 4)
  • AP Physics
  • Calculus
  • AP U.S. History
  • Desktop Publishing
Suggestions?

Any ways, we had a substitute in my Journalism class. So, instead of pretending to do something, and doing nothing. We just didn't do anything. I read my totally awesome book:

Brave New World by Aldous Huxley

And then these girls at another table were being mean to one of their table mates. So, that girl came and sat at my table. I kinda felt bad for her because they had reduced her to tears. Girls can be such b****s sometimes.

I have a test in math tomorrow that for once I am actually prepared for. Go me! It's easy stuff. The Law of Sines, Law of Cosines, and Heron's Formula. At least for this chapter I have done most of the homework as opposed to none of it.

People amuse me greatly. Today at the end of Chemistry someone asked me how my girlfriend was. I was like, um... fine. Then the person is like don't you ever talk to her. I'm like yeah, at least on the weekends. Then she's like sheesh you need to talk more. I'm like we run out of things to talk about. Then out of the blue she asks, “Are you guys going to get married?”
WHAT!?!?!?!

I'm sorry if that's not one of things that's on my mind at this juncture in my life. Goodness, you go out with someone for awhile and automatically you're going to get married. And I might not be so freakish about this if someone in another class hadn't asked about the same question a little while ago.

It's kind funny though, because instead of recommendations for classes. You have to go to each of your teachers and ask them to sign your registration card in order to be able to take a class. My Chem. teacher would sign the paper for any class I wanted to take. Whereas my math teacher is telling ME what I should take.

In case Allison didn't tell anyone, yesterday was my birthday. It was alright. I had to go to school for this college preperation thingy. So, I didn't get a special dinner or anything, which, even for my family is weird. But, oh well, I'll live.

HeHeHeHe. I heard the funniest (well, maybe not the funniest) thing today:

Chica: I can't breathe very well.
Me: Then open your mouth.
Chica: No. I like to breathe through my nose. It's my favorite way to breathe.
Who has a favorite way to breathe?
Random Word:
lick-spit-tle: n. a contemptible, fawning person; a servile flatterer or toady.
