I made this one up. Its pretty tasty. The points total is high but not too bad for a good hearty dinner. and way less than a normal one would be

Makes 2 servings
2 cups Whole wheat pasta, cooked
1 tbsp corn starch disolved in
1 cup skim milk
3 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
4 green onions, sliced
2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
1 chicken breast, cut into strips
4 shallots, diced
Becel 0 calorie cooking spray
6 bacon rashers, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1. Saute onions, garlic in cooking spray for about 5 minutes on low, covered
2. Add bacon and cook 2 minutes. Add chicken (seasoned) and saute until cooked
3. Add Milk and bring to a boil Season and simmer for 10 minutes or until thick. Toss with green onions.
4. Stir in cooked pasta with cheese. Serve
