I am in the town of Sunnydale, CA, USA. I was just sent here by the Watcher's Council. It appears that I am going to have my first charge. Her name is Faith. Her watcher, as it turns out, was murdered.
I couldn't ask for a better position. It is on the hellmouth. I knew that extra studies of rare demonology would pay off one day. I'm quite sure my father will be quite proud of me. I wrote to him in the airport to let him know of my position.
Now, I am off to the cemetary and other dreary places. I must find Miss Faith. Who knows what kind of trouble she is getting into without the supervision of a watcher.
