While Rupert called the estate, Wesley looked back at the computer, and before he realized what he was doing, he was starting to log in to check his e-mail. Before he did, though, he stopped and sat back, shaking his head. No.
Instead, he shut down the computer once he had printed off the receipt for their flight and then looked over at Rupert, smiling when he hung up the phone and told him that it had been snowing in Bath. "Snow," he said in awe. "It's been so long since I've seen snow."
He let Rupert help him up from the couch and followed him into the bathroom. The numbness from the night before had started to wear off a bit, mainly because of his lover's presence. If he hadn't been, he might have hidden himself away.
In the bathroom, they started the shower and stepped in together. As the water cascaded down over them, Wesley smiled, rubbing his hands over Rupert's chest.
"Have I told you how glad I am that you're here?" he told him softly. "I love you so much, Rupert."
