I have decided I hate movies. Almost all of them.

The ones that end with the guy and the girl getting together

They are a lie.

There is no romantic ending. It doesn't exist.

Yet movies tell us that "Prince Charming" will show up.

And will say everything you want to hear.

And I know, I KNOW, it's fake.

But I can't stop myself from hoping that just once,

Here's the real story of Prince Charming:

Prince charming meets the girl and they fall in love, right?

They get married and have six kids. She stops going to work so she can rear the children. He works 12 hour shifts to support his wife and six kids. He's too tired from work to have sex with her anymore. Not that he would want to anyway, since she's gained about 30 pounds from sitting on her ass watching Oprah while the kids are at school.

Eventually, she cheats on him. He comes home from work to find her in bed with his best friend. They get divorced and she gets the kids, the house, the car, and half of everything he's worked his entire life for.

Now he can only see his kids on the weekends and they start to resent him. He starts to go bald from all the stress and finds solace in a pint of Ben and Jerry's. Now he's bald and fat and no longer Prince Charming.
