just a quick question though. How do you do your banners like that? I've been trying to learn and haven't managed ^^;

I really just improvise, the first thing I do is get the same image featured in the icon but if its too hard to find, I just find one similar to it (i.e same character). Then I try to see if I have any similar brushes/textures/gradients to it and just try to get it to match as much as I can. I'd be more than happy to elaborate more if you'd like. :D
