Best Birthday Present EVER
Marie and Jessica came to my house and organized me while I was at work today. They braved the scary field of cockroaches that never seems to abate and spooging markers and put all of my books onto a bookshelf they got for me, and organized all of my overflowing pile of unopened mail. Jessica organized a file bin for me, filed the majority of my crap, and left me extra folders and instructions. They made my room smell like awesome mellon candles and vacuumed and sprayed for bugs for me. I haven't been able to see this much of the floor in months!
The gig was almost up since I came home from my dental appointment this morning and Gran's assistant let slip that they'd been here, (I was wondering why everybody, Gran, Maria, Jessica, and Marie were all asking if I was going to work and encouraging me to get going...) but I'm too dense to connect the dots that easily. =)
What did I do right to always land the most awesome friends?! XD XD XD
