(no subject)
i'll recap you on the weekend: mmm, nothing much. that's really my life. except i guess i did do things and now i'll tell you about them. Friday had the potential to be a disaster. I went to Tosa with erica...ok` i have no idea what i did. erica and chrissy and i are all trying to figure this out. bear with me....oh right, erica and i met Rosie at Mayfair where erica got some new underwear. Her mom was careful to make sure the underwear would go well with erica's tan she's sure to get this summer. I pointed out the oddity in Rosie caring how well erica's underwear matches her skin color...who would she be showing this too??? no one that Rosie should want to know about. any way, it was amusing and i had to stop erica and Rosie from buying underwear with Pom-Pom's on them.
After our trip at the mall i came back to the apartment and cracked open a beer. apparently no one noticed i was drinking cuz they coudn't figure out why i wanted to nap about 1 hour and 3 beers later when we were all just sitting around and they were all pretty surprised when i told them i was a little drunk. ok, more drunk than i would like to admit that i was after 3 beers. i just really felt like drinking. then we went bowling and i was the only one that knew how to score, thanks to 8th grade gym class!! I was quite excited, however, to go out after with a new friend of mine, Ryan. I don't know where we went but I met a guy named Beige and Niki got our money back before we left the first party. She just asked for it back and some guy gave it to her. Sweet (btw i'm obsessed with that word). I proceeded to school Ryan in fooseball and enjoyed watching Niki celebrate being single with some Italian Stallion named Tony. Then Chrissy picked us up and we had the best Jimmy John's i think i ever had. and it was only a half of a sandwich. I'll have to rely on that memory to last me for a while because i think i have to cut down on the JJ's. No Money and the potential for a trip to Cancun in April. i know, you would think if i had no money i would cut down on the elaborate vacations instead of the $3 sandwiches, but i guess we all jsut have to make choices.
Saturday was pretty exciting. At first we thought we wouldn't have anything to do so i just made up an away message that said i was busy, because it was so untrue, but then i was really busy. eb1 and i went to 2 goodwill's where i got some stellar purchses: new polo shirt, new pants, few other things...GRAND! Then i met my family out at the bars for some St. Patty's day celebrations. oh man. why did i think that was going to be a good idea. My dad ended up walking home and i left way before anyone in my family left...and they were there like 5 hours before me. oh boy. i did gt to eat some really good corned beef brisquet though. oh man, that is so good.
today eb1, ck and I hung out in Osco for about 45 minutes waiting for my picturs to get developed. they were so ready for us to leave the lady walked my pictures to me and was like, here i think you were waiting for these. i also learned that my blood pressure is excellent. although i don't remember what the exact numbers are.
i have very important plans for next weekend too!! erica and my fill-in boyfriend and I are going out for pizza. erica has lent Justin to me, just for a little while, so i dont feel so left out and all.
so i guess i have an exam tomorrow, but i don't really have to book to study from right now, so i'll jsut do that tomorrow. plus the popcorn i had for dinner is making my chest hurt so i'm in no condition to study.
Man, this is such a boring entry. i'm sorry, i'm still getting used to this whole LJ thing.
