alright, so i have a great idea for a street team promotion type thing. thanks to the 100 boxes of blank matchbooks at my job.... which i shall take 2 or 3 boxes, write a band name on them.. along with a website.. and hand them out at warped. what a clever idea! i wanna join a street team now just to do it lol althe ones i've been on are retarded. i want to join a unsigned band's street team. possibly Third To None or Perfect Endings if they have one. i shall find out.
what makes me mad the most, is how an unsigned band doesn't get thier name out there. like Alsca for instence. there name is only out in our 5 foot town. they're not on purevolume, myspace, or anything else. if i was in a band, puh our name would be all over. and no one up here is serious enough to actaully have a band and want to get somewhere with it. so i'm better off on my own or if i find people down in catskill or something. hm. cause seriously, thats what i want ot do the rest of my life. make records, and hang out. that's the shit. and when i get a drumset, it'l lbe me and my brother lol hen we'll need a singer, and bassist. and they to have to be serious and want to make it. cause i can't deal with that shit. it makes me so mad. and no one wants me in thier band casue i'm a fucking girl. but what they don't know is.. is i have the connections and skills to get the name and music out there. maybe i'l lbe a promoter. cause i love that shit!
