beautiful day...
so today i experienced my first really embaressing myspace moment.
i was on campus and stopped by one of my professor's classes to say hello. She had just started class and everyone was sitting SILENT reading the syllabus. As I'm walking out...keep in mind its still silent....this kid yells 'Hey are you Taryn Texas'. I was like 'um yea' and he was like 'yea i recognize you off myspace'
It was terrifying..i like ran out of the room. everyone was looking at me.
In other news...some of you might know i have a 15 year old brother. he's a typical florida high school student who listens to shitty music and wake boards. But today i had a break through. we were talking online and he asked for me to suggest some music for him to download....
i decided to suggest safe things like 'the postal service' and the 'rolling stones'. i also through out 'the killers' and shit like that... and to my suprise... HE LIKED ALL OF THEM!!! This was one of the greatest moments of my life. I'm so glad and i hope he continues to start liking better music.
