Ok, here's my "list". There's tons more stuff, too:
Sibley regional park is a great place to wander for an hour or so. There are home made labyrinths with weird little altars in the middle.

Eat anywhere in North Beach. I like Cafe Makaroni and Steps of Rome. Yeah, it's cheesy, but whatever. It's SF!

Chabot observatory is kind of cool on Friday and Saturday nights.

Bacheeso's! You know why!

Legion of Honor and/or De Young Museums cause they are both in great settings, not too expensive, and have decent permanent exhibits.

Mountainview Cemetery. Don't be mistaken by the title, it's in Piedmont. I know you've been there.

The Embarcadero.

Lake Merrit. Grab a pastry from Arizmendi's and wander around for a while. They have such friggin' amazing cheese rolls they make me want to drive all the way to Oakland sometimes..... delicious!

Albany Bulb. You've been there, right? Amazing weird art made from trash, amazing views, quintessential east bay.

Ocean Beach/Baker Beach/Chrissy field/Sutro Baths: you have to spend at least SOME time near the ocean. Baker beach is great cause it has golden gate looking all iconic in the background, and there's NAKED PEOPLE! Sutro baths is fun to explore. Chrissy field also has a GG view. OCean Beach is ocean beach.
