diet: 2 points 0 cals, unless I should count the tea as cals?
exercise: 2 points dance practice and a lot of walking...a good four miles.(I'm really crampy, it's the best that I can do for now)

water:1 point a gazillion cups of tea and maybe five bottles of water.
tip:1 point I read somewhere, I don't really remember where, that green tea helps boost your metabolism.
