damn it i convinced myself that since i was taking antibiotics i had to eat because i fear getting an ulcer. so after not eating all of yesterday and being really close to having at least a 24 hour fast i ate really late at night with my pill. argh and then i ate today..problem is when i eat i cant restrict. its weird i either binge or i fast. does anyone else have that problem?
