1 apple
thick cut bacon
thin cut steak
fresh sage enough to fit in the center of your palm
3 1/2 gobs honey
cinnamon
ginger
paprika

mince apples and sage v. fine, mix with honey and spices. Cut beef into strips and place some of the stuffing on that. Roll, wrap in a slice of back and tie up with twin. Do this until you run out of some essential ingredient. Brown on high in a heavy pan until liquids boil, bake in 375 oven until bacon looks cooked and delicious.
You may also just do the beef and leave the bacon off and cook it the same way.
