chicken breasts in some amount, cut in cubes
chicken stock in some amount
about 1 c of 1/2 & 1/2
about 1/4 c butter
some amount of sour cream
onions
potatoes
bell pepper
creamed corn
other veggies
Cayenne pepper to taste
paprika to taste
garlic to taste
grated cheddar
melt butter in pan, saute veggies. Put in enough chicken stock to cover, or however much you feel like. Put in chicken, potatoes and creamed corn and let boil until chicken is cooked. Add milk products. Sour cream is to taste, if you don't want to use it then don't. If the soup is too thin, let it boil down for a while (you can also add a little flour to help). Put in about 1/4 to 3/8ths a teaspoon of cayenne, there should be a little heat, but not overwhelming, and paprika to taste.Add salt and pepper to taste as well. Serve hot out of the pot and cover the top with cheddar. MMMMMM SOUP
