Japanese Rock Band The Back Horn First Korean Concert Confirmed
The Japanese rock band The Back Horn holds their first Korean concert together with the Korean release of their new album.
The Back Horn is a 4 member rock band that formed in 1998 with Yamada Masashi (vocal), Suganami Eijun (guitar), Okamine Koshu (bass) and Matsuda Shinji (drums). After making their major debut with the single ‘Sunny’ in 2001, they participated in Rock Festivals, starting from Japan, to Asia and Europe, and launched into their vigorous activities.
Participating in the OST of the TV Series and Movie to ‘Mobile Suit Gundam’, The Back Horn becomes familiar to national animation maniacs. Aside from that, they also took part in the film music for ‘Bright Future’ and ‘Casshern’. With vocal Yamada Masashi taking the main role in the movie ‘Tokyo Taxi’, which was also released in Korea, they stood out in many fields.
Their 9th full length album Livesquall, which will have a Korean release on 20th, draws the image of us living through a period of violent shaking. Rushing into their album release tour starting September, The Back Horn will hold their first Korean concert December 15th at Rolling Hall in Hongdae.
