Today, after basically a month of not much more than BBQing, I attempted an actual recepie, and it tasted really good! It is hard to make stuff because the Louisiana Kroger isnt exactly a grocery superstore, but after looking through all my recipies, I decided to try and make some healthy chili. The recipie called for 12 oz of meat, but I put in over a pound in order to hopefully satiate my appitite and still have leftovers. Unfortunately, I still ate the entire pot, meaning it is back to Subway for Lunch tomorrow. My appitite is sometimes sickening to me, or at least to my wallet. In order to have leftovers I am going to have to put in over 2 pounds of meat, and probably more if I was cooking for others... At least all that meat is feeding my arms. I am close to the biggest I have ever been overall, and this is easily the biggest my arms have ever been. Unfortunately my uniform and severe farmer's tan prevent me from showing them off. Now if I can work harder on my abs and gain some more weight, I will be in a good place. I would like to get to 160, which has always been my ultimate goal. I am probably still a good 10-15 lbs. light, and the closest I have ever been was last summer with my trainer when I hit 155. That may still seem light, but I started freshman year at 5'10" and 130 lbs. I dont know if any of you have fun 4th plans, but I am going to be cleaning the trailer, which most would consider pretty damn fun... Try not to be jealous, and fail.
