I love the country, but I NEED the city!
Currently seeking an apartment of my own, but I think it's a futile quest due to my bad credit, jobless status, and Portland housing prices. Sooooooo as much as it pains me to say this, I'm looking for a roommate. One, and one only! I'm through living with lots of other people and keeping after them to help keep the place in order.
I'm willing to pay up to $500 a month for something resembling a duplex or small house. It must have an outdoor space due to my obsession with keeping potted plants that can only live outdoors. I'll have enough cash available to pay for rent for at least the next 2-3 months. I'll hopefully have a job before that runs out. But if not, I'm promising to hit up the temp agencies to keep the cash flowing.
Help? Seriously, I can't get work out here in Sandy. And I can't easily get work in Portland without a Portland address.
