Wow…just wow.

I wanted to write this before I lost momentum but it’s really hard to be coherent when there are all these thoughts flying around my head about it but here goes.

Sungmin’s world…felt like it was encased in saran wrap. It was a place where everything looked like it was real, felt like it was real, but then there’s Sungmin placing his hand on the transparent surface and pushing out.

The lines from the Memories book as well as Donghae questioning their existence was incredibly haunting and even knowing that they (as well as other things in it) were foreshadowing tools, I still gasped and was in disbelief when I reached the end.

Even reaching the revealing ending, I still had to backtrack and see what was the last thing Donghae did because you created such a wonderful and compelling universe it’s so difficult to believe that none of it was real ( ... )

Oh... Oh my God. Thank you so much for this comment! I honestly love your stories and to receive praise from you is just too kind :')

Basically, yes! His world is kind of contained, but that actually describes it perfectly, him pushing against it until he breaks free.

That scene with Donghae is one of my favourites, ngl. It was a foreshadowing event but you know, after watching Inception and The Matrix, you have to wonder yourself if what you're experiencing is real as well. I'm glad the end still surprised you, though you can go back and pick out the hints!

Ahhh, I can't say much to the rest of your comment because it just makes me feel all nice and warm :') I'm so happy you believed that Sungmin's world was real, especially because he did! And the little details are always my favourite, so I couldn't resist making the boys, boys (such as Hyukjae falling off his chair :') )

Thank you so much! ^_____^ You are too kind!

Haha, tbh, I'm actually quite taken aback that someone knows who I am! *_*

And yes, I was totally picturing something along the lines of Inception/Matrix question of reality but I refrained from mentioning it because some people tend to get really...touchy about the issue. Good to see you're not one of those!

I was thinking about it some more the other day (so lame I know) and I think part of what made things so disturbingly eerie was the fact that even though Sungmin created this world, his figments were perfectally capable of functioning without him even to the point of formulating their own thoughts and actions. That was what really took me back and made me really wonder which reality was really, real.

And am I to understand this is one of your first fics? If so I really look forward to reading your next works!

D:! WHY! I really liked your fics but you don't seem to be writing much anymore...? That or I'm just really lazy with checking out the fic comms, orz ( ... )

Haha, the sad thing is I'm writing all the time. I just have massive debilitating fic ADD. ._.

That's a really interesting explanation for Sungmin's world. And sorry, I didn't mean for you to have to squish your brain to think up of a reasoning for me, I was just wondering out loud.

Ahhh, so sorry to see you go then! Are you moving to another fandom or have you just stopped writing fic?

Ah sorry this is so late :(

Aww, that makes me incredibly sad :( Please post it!

Oh no, it's okay! I like thinking up of analogies, just that I ramble too much and have to force myself to stop. Sorry!

Nup, I've just stopped. I'm thinking that I'll probably still write a bit but not fic... Who knows...
