breakfast: Cereal, Drinking Yogurt, Juice
Snack: Jaffa Cake bar
Dinner: Salad and Noodles with Country Soup sauce
Tea: Boiled Bacon, Mustard Mash and Cabbage (refused the cream donut)
Snack: 1 apple, 1 pear, 3 Chocolate Digestives.

Exercise: 60 Mins Wii Fit. Did the longest run, the longest boxing, the longest Hula Hoop and the longest step aerobics as well as other things (probably ballence games?) to make up the 60 mins.

Even today so far I've done 40 mins. Longest Hula Hoop (managed to finish this time!) Longest Run (best yet) longest Rhythm boxing (best yet) and the longest step Aerobics (best score yet) also did some Heading to round it off to 40 mins.

Off into work in a little while to say "Hi, can I have some hours? You know I work hard, and I really need the money. I can do anything but Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Thursday evenings. Saturday 25th July and Sunday 16th August are out, and I'd prefer Thurdsday the 9th and Saturday and Sunday the 11th and 12 of July off too as it's my birthday and then 2 days of archery fun fun fun!" Hope it goes well and I get back with a fair few hours. Even like 8 hours a week would be a big help financially.

I've been promised a mini break! I don't know where, but if I loose this weight I get treated by Rhys. He's said I get a clue for every stone I loose so this is going to be exciting. So far I have "Europe" as my first clue :D
