1 - Cosplay
I think cosplaying is 1/4 of my life. xD My life: 1/4 school, 1/4 internet, 1/4 friends & family, 1/4 arts and crafts (ie. cosplay)
It takes up SOOOO much of my energy! But I love it when I can make something out of nothing. ^u^ I'm cosplaying for this Anime Convention that's coming up this weekend~ SUPER EXCITED. I'm a little bit worried I won't be able to finish my cosplay in time though D: If you didn't already know, I'm cosplaying as Arrietty and Chihiro from the Studio Ghibli movies :D My friends that I am going with are dressing as other characters from Ghibli movies too! (ex. Kiki, Mononoke, Sofie) I can't wait to show you guys pictures! I might post them on my personal Tumblr account, separate from my V6 fangirl account :D (ladycrystalas.tumblr.com) you can follow me here too. I reblog disney, funny, life quotes, internet truths, american sitcoms, gifs, etc.
2 - Kisarazu Cat's Eyes
:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
This drama. THIS DRAMA RIGHT HERE? ITS THE BEST THING EVER. It combines two of my favorite biases from two amazing JE boybands - Arashi and V6. I forgot how I found the movie (which I watched first), but I am so glad I did. The drama made me love Okada and Sho more. And I also found a love for the whole cast :) Wouldn't be the same without them. I cried and laughed so much while watching the drama and movies. But my initial reaction to the movie was honestly, wtf. xD But I eventually understood what was going on and loved how the writer, director and producer made this drama unique. I'm trying to watch Tiger and Dragon right now. I finished 11 nin mo iru for the second time :D Bambi and Bussan = OTP
3 - Chinese ancestors
:3 I love being chinese!!!! Maybe its because I live in a city that has a place where my culture thrives? I dunno but I still love being chinese xD Fun fact: I learned recently that you can tell if a person's parents/grandparents were from China or Hong Kong by just learning how they spell their last name in English.
For an example:
Zhang (China) = Chang (Hong Kong)
Zhu (China) = Chu (Hong Kong)
Zhen (China) = Chen (Hong Kong)
Basically, if their last name starts with a ZH, they are from China. If its a CH, they are from HK.
4 - San Francisco (of course!)
I love the city! I can't think of being or living anywhere else even though I am moving out soon D:
But it will always be my home. This song really explains my love for SF :)
5 - V6 trip shows
:) First of all, I dream of having a road trip with all of you wonderful LJ peeps! I have never made such great internet friends before and never thought that I could make friends over the internet! When I'm down, you guys lift me up from miles away. I love you guys so much. No words. No words can describe you guys. And I think that's the same when it comes to V6. When I first watched their 10th anniversary road trip video on GeI Max!, it changed my life. V6 has been apart of my life since then and because of them, I was able to meet the most AMAZING people in the fandom :D FOREV6R V6! Now I pray they have another road trip again!
