Dean is her eldest son and self proclaimed protector when things get to be too much for her. Even going as far as to beat up an underage teenager in her name. At the end of the day though, no matter what he's done or how upset she is with him though, she'll always forgive him and be waiting for him with open arms.
Sam is her youngest son, she's only met him a few times though. Their relationship is strained and awkward, namely due to the fact that neither of the seem to know what to say or do around the other, too scared to make a fool of themselves or disillusion the other about what kind of person they are.
She met Kaoru while she was cooking breakfast for the manor. Her first impression is that he's a very sweet boy who can't do any wrong...for now at least.
GOKUDERA IS A BRAT. Their first meeting didn't go so well, the main reason that Dean went after him in the first place. Lucky for him, she's a nice person and not sicking her guard vamp on him for purposefully fracturing her wrist.
She's not sure what to make of Black Jack, other than she feels he's a proper gentleman. One of the few she'd met at the manor and she greatly enjoys his company.
