I just got word from my dad,
They are gonna start fining people for making noise with instraments, 30$ first offence 500$ 2nd offence, and 3rd offence is a trespass warning, and possible arrest
but.... there are still people that wanna make noise, so we are at a conflict,
So get arrested? or be silent??
