[The picture switches on to show Usopp, sitting in bed and looking a bit bleary. He has a rather impressive case of bed head. From the confused, half-asleep expression on his face as he blinks down at the Dreamberry in his hand, you might assume he thumbed the video on accidentally and doesn’t realize it’s recording. He looks back up for a moment,

I guess? Assuming you were asleep for way longer than normal, because that's what happened to me. I mean way longer.

[Mutters affirmatively.] I don't know how were still alive. I know I wasn't hooked to a feeding tube while I was asleep. I'm not complaining, but it doesn't make sense.

*he blinks for a moment--he hasn't really had time to consider that kind of thing* ...huh.

Well. *he pauses, brow slightly furrowed* Honestly, there's a lot of stuff about this place that doesn't make sense. I guess it's just one more for the list. *not an explanation exactly, but it'll do*

[Voice]

Seems like it. [Grunts.] I'm hungry, though.

[A pause, before...] What's the last day you remember before waking up now?

[Voice]

[warriorothesea]

Uhm. *a pause* It's mixed up. I mean, it kind of just feels like it should be yesterday, but...

Well. It was towards the beginning of December.

[Voice]

That's further back than me. The last thing I remember doing is coming back from the gift exchange and opening my present.

...it didn't have anything to do with the present, did it? *it seems like a stretch, but maybe it can't hurt to ask*

[Deadpans.] It was a cookbook. [Then again...] It's possible the pages were laced with some kind of agent.
