I absolutely had a blast in Rome. It was the most amazing experience of my life. I was blown away the entire week by the city and how it felt to be there. I could seriously live there for the rest of my life.
We saw so many great things. The Colosseum, the Roman Forum, St. Peter's Basiclia, it was just on and on. It seemed like each day there couldn't be more in this one place and there always was. I want to just go back and beg on the streets so I can live there forever. It was damn expensive, but totally worth it.
So now I'm WWWAAAYYYY back to reality. It was a tough transition, but well worth it for the Rome part. My grades slipped a little after break because I was jet lagged and angry to be in the states (hahaha) but I think it will all work out in the end. I have only about 5 weeks left of school before I'm home again. My last final is May 7th!!! I can't believe I will be done my freshman year of college that soon. It seems like yesterday I was at Nationals and Prom.
I'm now in the never-ending job search. I am trying to get something in the field of biology, so don't worry all...I am not trying to steal your potential jobs for now. It sucks. Everyone wants you to have experience but how am I supposed to get that without a job????? Yuck. I don't even want to think about dumb crap like this.
So that is all my news. I wish just once, I could post something unexpected like I went skydiving or met a guy. Guess I should have done that on April Fools Day. Hahaha, maybe I can get Jilly to go skydiving this summer.
