Today thus far
Good, well afteroon...
Thus far I've not done too much. In preparation for the weekend with my friends/RPG group, I have purchased some groceries for myself and two of my friends who are staying over Friday night. Should be good as I'm pretty sure we're at least for a while going to be playing Axis and Allies miniatures.
Later on after some time playing on Neverwinter Nights and possibly Oblivion, I'm going to work more on my Diceless/Diced homebrew system. (I have mechanics for using Dice as a Randomizer, and for playing it without any dice whatsoeveer)I also have to work on the world in which this particular system is going to take place.
Very likely I may also need to be ready to DM on Saturday, but I do have my material planned for that, so I can at least on that front sit back and enjoy.
For Sunday I'm looking forward to going and helping to sew together Rapier jackets, as well as gaining the oppritunity to learn how to sew, something I've been needing to do for a while. I know it's going to be an interesting gathering considering how many people appeared to have agreed to come.
I've found myself a good and simple place for myself thus far in the SCA. I'm a Dancer, and I am a learner of other things. I intend to be a fighter as soon as I have at least a practice suit of armour crafted together.
As I sit in my computer chair, writing this entry and playing Neverwinter Nights, I contemplate what will come of my future. I need to find a job soon, plain and simple. I've put out some resumes not long ago, but I am waiting to hear back on them.
Contemplation: The government, keeps complaining about having a hard time filling their positions and they need so many people. Yet, here I am having put my resume in with them and without a job. Ironic, no? I guess I am not in the right field.
PS: Precooked Sausage Rounds, while small are good food. *purr*
